Probiotics exert beneficial effects on the host. This study aimed to investigate whether maternally ingested Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Probio-M9 during pregnancy could access and colonize in infant gut. recruited one pregnant woman, who daily from 35 weeks of gestation delivery. Mother-infant synchrony during infant feeding.
PURPOSE The purpose of this study was to test a coding system, the Maternal-Infant Synchrony Scale (MISS), for assessing synchrony of feeding interaction between a mother and her preterm infant. The secondary aim was to describe mother and preterm infant synchrony during feeding and the change over time. METHODS A descriptive, longitudinal design using data collected during an earlier study w...
متن کاملCo-infecting Reptarenaviruses Can Be Vertically Transmitted in Boa Constrictor
Boid inclusion body disease (BIBD) is an often fatal disease affecting mainly constrictor snakes. BIBD has been associated with infection, and more recently with coinfection, by various reptarenavirus species (family Arenaviridae). Thus far BIBD has only been reported in captive snakes, and neither the incubation period nor the route of transmission are known. Herein we provide strong evidence ...

According to some studies, the number of addicted females in reproductive ages has been increased. The present study was designed to investigate the effect of oral morphine consumption on the development of CNS and body growth in rats. For this purpose, female Sprauge-Dawley rats were divided into control and experimental groups (20 animals in each group). Maintenance dose of morphine (0/4 mg/m...
